Crowdfire App Social Media Marketing: The Future of SMO?
Many of us are familiar with popular social media schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer and Tailwind. Each are social media schedulers that allow you to schedule social media posts on a regular basis to keep your audience engaged and aware of your work.
Many of these social media schedulers provide insights and stats on how your audience engages with your posts. This helps you determine the best approach to social media marketing for your business.
Crowdfire is a social media app that allows you schedule posts for your social media marketing, along with detailed stats and a unique approach to growing your presence on social media platforms.
But what does Crowdfire offer that's different than what's already been done? Here are a few of their competitive advantages…
Target & Grow An Engaged Twitter Following…FAST!
Their most interesting tool allows you to target and rapidly grow your twitter following. Not only will your followers grow dramatically, but they will be a highly engaging audience who are sincerely interested in what your company or brand offers.
By listing your target keywords, phrases and hashtags, Crowdfire's algorithm finds accounts of people who are tweeting and participating with your listed keywords, phrases and hashtags.

You also list competitor accounts of similar companies as yours to allow Crowdfire to suggest similar people who may be interested in following you as well.
You get a daily snapshot of your Twitter following and Crowdfire will suggest accounts to follow, accounts to unfollow due to inactivity or non follow for a long time, and even new articles and images to post that will help engage your audience.
Track & Reply To Every Social Media Mention In One Place
Their newest feature allows you to get notifications from all your connected social media accounts of every mention of your company or brand. You can then respond to all the people that tagged, tweeted about, retweeted, re-posted, etc about your brand all from the Crowdfire App platform.
By being engaged with your company or brand's audience, it creates a more personable marketing strategy and a more engaged and loyal audience. You can even respond to all your mentions with images, emoji's and gif's.
Connect even more accounts than just social media
Yeah, Crowdfire aims at helping you grow your social media presence, but they also allow you to connect your ecommerce websites and video blogs.
Crowdfire will grow your audience and get you more customers by connecting any of the following accounts/platforms:
- Your Company Blog
- Etsy Shop
Their focus isn't JUST social media marketing, but also overall growth of customers for your online business. Any account you connect to Crowdfire, you will allow Crowdfire's tools to analyze the engagement and actions of your audience to more accurately target, grow and engage more like minded customers.
Negative Aspects of Crowdfire
The only issue I had with Crowdfire is that their unique Twitter follower algorithm is only offered on twitter. It would be nice if you could list keywords, hashtags, competitor accounts, etc on other social media platforms to be able to target more followers in a similar way.
There may be different rules and policies on each social media platform that I am not aware of that could prevent them from offering these on all the social media channels, however I do believe they are working to grow and offer similar services on every platform.
Is Crowdfire Worth It?
My overall conclusion of the Crowdfire App is that the cost they charge for the services they offer is more than reasonable. I can definitely say that a large part of our following on Twitter has grown by nearly 2,500 followers in under a year.
Their image post and article post suggestion tools are helpful in providing overall market insights for our audiences, and it helps diversify our posting activity to be something other than just our blog posts updates and feeds.
We have been able to ensure all of our followers are real and not bots, because their algorithms target real accounts and their suggestions of accounts to unfollow minimizes the number of fake accounts for your social media.
Crowdfire is a great app to grow and engage your social media following on all fronts, especially Twitter.
